How to upload a document

Upload a COA, shipping document, or other file against a delivery.

How to upload a document

1. Open the delivery

   Navigate to the delivery you want to upload a document to.

2. Go to Documents

   Click the Documents tab on the delivery page.

3. Upload the file

   Click Upload and select the file from your computer. Supported formats include PDF, images, and common document types.

4. AI processes the document

   Once uploaded, the relevant AI agent will process the document automatically:

   • COAs are reviewed by the COA Agent and compared against your internal specification
   • Shipping documents are validated by the Shipping Docs Agent
   • Other documents are classified and filed by the Document Manager
