Forward supplier emails to your ChemCloud AI email address so agents can process them automatically.

How to send ChemCloud AI an email

1. Find your AI email address

   Go to ChemCloud AI → Email Inbox. Your unique ChemCloud AI email address is displayed at the top of the page.

2. Forward a supplier email

   When you receive an email from a supplier — a quote, order confirmation, shipping update, COA, or document — forward it to your ChemCloud AI email address.

   The AI will automatically determine which agent should handle it based on the content:

   • Quote emails → Sourcing Assistant
   • Order confirmations and shipping updates → Delivery Tracker
   • COAs → COA Reviewer
   • Specifications, SDS, certificates → Document Manager
   • Shipping documents → Shipping Docs Agent
3. Check the results

   Go back to ChemCloud to see how the agent processed the email. You can review the extracted data in the relevant section (Requests, Deliveries, Products, etc.) or check ChemCloud AI → Agent Tasks for a summary of recent activity.

You can also set up email forwarding rules in your email client to automatically forward certain supplier emails to ChemCloud AI — so your agents work without you having to manually forward anything.
