How to configure the COA Reviewer

Set up the COA Reviewer agent to automatically check Certificates of Analysis against your specifications.

How to configure the COA Reviewer

1. Open Agent Settings

   Go to ChemCloud AI → Agent Settings → COA Reviewer.

2. Enable the agent

   Toggle the COA Reviewer on. When enabled, it will automatically review COAs that are uploaded against deliveries or forwarded to your ChemCloud AI email address.

3. Set shelf life thresholds

   Configure the minimum acceptable shelf life for incoming materials. The agent will flag COAs where the remaining shelf life falls below your threshold.

4. Configure notifications

   Set up which users should receive notifications for COA failures, borderline results, and missing COAs.

5. Save your settings

   Click Save. The agent will now review COAs based on your configuration.
