The comparison view shows all quotes for a request, with key fields at a glance:| Field | Description |

Selecting a Quote
Once you’ve reviewed the options, select the quote you want to proceed with. The purchase flow takes you through four steps:- Check the volume — confirm the quantity is correct
- Review the terms — check payment and delivery terms
- Add the required-by date — set when you need the material, plus any comments (these flow through to the purchase order)
- Review and confirm — check the details and review automations, including the option to notify unsuccessful suppliers
AI-Assisted Comparison
You can also ask the AI to help with your comparison. Open the AI Chat (Cmd+K) and try:- “Which supplier is cheapest for this request?”
- “Compare quotes including lead time, not just price”
- “What have we paid for this material in the past?”
- “Which supplier has the best on-time delivery record?”
After Selection
Once you select a quote and complete the purchase:- A purchase order is created
- The delivery is set up for tracking
- Unsuccessful suppliers can be notified automatically (configurable in the final step)
- The quote is marked as purchased and feeds into your pricing history
