Improvements- Order Update Agent checks price and required-by date — When the AI processes a supplier order confirmation, it now compares the confirmed price and delivery date against what’s recorded on your order. If there’s a discrepancy, the agent pauses and asks for your review before making any changes.

Features- Export deliveries as CSV — Download your full deliveries table as a CSV file directly from the Deliveries page. The export respects your active filters, so you can export exactly what you’re viewing. Useful for reconciling with your ERP, sharing ETAs with internal stakeholders, or tracking delivery performance in a spreadsheet.
🔐 SSO Login & Agent Settings
Features- Sign in with Microsoft or Google — You can now log in to ChemCloud using your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account. No separate ChemCloud password needed. ChemCloud matches your identity provider email to your existing account automatically. Any user with a work Microsoft or Google account can use it immediately — no IT configuration required.
- Delivery Tracker & Sourcing Assistant Agent Settings — Both agent settings pages have been updated with clearer configuration options, including controls for when the agent should request human review before completing a task.
📋 NCR Enhancements & Agent Settings
Improvements- NCR date tracking fields — Non-Conformance Reports now include Logged Date, First Supplier Response, and First Internal Response fields, giving you clearer visibility into NCR timelines and response performance.
- Supplier conversations on NCRs — You can now message suppliers directly from an NCR. Conversations work the same way as on orders and deliveries — your supplier is notified and can respond in context.
- NCR Internal ID — Optionally record your own internal reference number against an NCR for cross-referencing with your quality management system.
- Document Manager Agent settings — Configure the Document Manager Agent workflow from your AI Settings page, including controls for when the agent should request human review before completing a task.

- Blanket orders now move to “Complete” — Blanket orders with all deliveries marked as “Delivered” and 0% quantity remaining now correctly transition to “Complete” status.
- COA Agent auto-completion — The COA Review Agent now correctly marks its task as complete after posting the review, rather than remaining in an “Awaiting Input” state.

Every delivery on ChemCloud now has a ‘tracking status’ helping you to identify which deliveries need your attention. Each delivery is analysed and given a ‘status’ to help you determine if it is on track or if you need to follow up with your suppliers.
