Go to the delivery you want an update on — from the In Progress Deliveries page or from the order.

Click Ask Supplier for Update
Click the Ask supplier for update button on the delivery page.

Review and send
Review the email that will be sent to the supplier’s contact. You can add a comment or additional context before sending.
The supplier will receive an email asking them to confirm the delivery status. If they reply, the Delivery Tracker agent can process their response and update the delivery automatically.
