How to set target approvals

Set the target number of approved suppliers for a product to track supply chain health

This guide shows you how to set the target number of approved suppliers for a product. This helps you track whether you have enough approved sources for each raw material.

Set target approvals for a product

1. Navigate to Products from the main menu
2. Find the product and click to open it, or click Add Product if creating new
3. Enter the number in the Target Approvals field (e.g., 3 if you want 3 approved suppliers)
4. Click Save

Why set target approvals?

Track progress	See how many approved suppliers you have vs. your target
Analytics visibility	Product Analytics shows which products meet, nearly meet, or are below target
Health Score	Your overall Health Score reflects the % of products meeting their approval target

Check your progress

Once you’ve set targets, go to Analytics > Products to see:

• Your overall Health Score (% meeting target)
• Each product’s Approval Target Status (Meets Target, Near Target, Below Target)
• A visual breakdown of raw materials by approval progress
