As an Account Manager, you might know what raw materials a customer uses (ChemCloud can help with this!) - but matching that to the products in your catalogue can be a challenge. You might send an email or a catologue to your customer - but it can get lost in their inbox.
This feature helps you to send product information to the place a customer is working - and where they can take immediate action.
It can be hard getting products in front of customers
Manufacturers often struggle to connect their raw material needs with available supplier products. Historically, customers would approach suppliers knowing their current materials but lacking awareness of alternative products that could improve their processes.
This makes it hard for manufacturers to broaden their supply base; and for suppliers to grow their sales.
Select a product from your cataogue and suggest it to a buyer. This does a few things:
- Sends them an email with product information and context
- Directs them to view your product information in their customised portal - including with links to documentation you have uploaded
- Allows them to take immediate action - either to start the approval process, and request a sample or extra documents, or even move straight to requesting a price.
